We are looking for a part-time/full-time experienced candidate to join our team. The candidate must possess excellent customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills. In addition, the candidate must have technical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot & repair cell phones, tablets, computers, laptops, game consoles, and other electronic gadgets in a timely manner. We will also provide on- the-job training. Candidate must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends. The pay rate is based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enjoy working on electronic gadgets answering phone calls/texts/emails/leads Customer service and helping with cellphone related questions Repairing Devices(iPhone, iPad, Samsung, LG, Motorola, computers, game consoles, etc.) doing mobile repairs, upselling accessories, organizing, keeping track of inventory, reliable with a strong work ethic Basic computer skills Previous phone repair experience preferred. Maintaining the store and car clean. Able to lift 50 to 80 lbs. Driver’s license and Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
